PNC is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst Senior to join the Data, Modeling & Analytics Marketing & Customer Analytics organization. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Wilmington, DE, Chicago, IL, Tysons Corner, or Vienna, VA.

You will lead analytics for direct marketing campaigns, build audience targeting, and design tests to improve customer growth. Strong Python, Excel, and Tableau skills are required along with clear communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and execution support for direct marketing campaigns across UIL and other consumer lending products.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance using data and models.
• Design and evaluate marketing tests, including A/B testing and champion/challenger strategies.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, measurement and reporting.
