Job summary

Noor Staffing Group in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Corporate Senior Portfolio Analyst to join its corporate finance team. Reporting to the CFO, you will support company-wide FP&A and collaborate with Directors of Finance across multiple platforms in a highly visible role.

You will build complex financial models, lead budgeting/forecasting, and prepare board and lender presentations, consolidating results from multiple business units to drive strategic capital allocation and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, commercial real estate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience analyzing consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership.
• Additional experience with data tools such as SQL, PowerBI, AI programs etc.

A growing commercial real estate development firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Portfolio Analyst to join its corporate finance team.
