Keystone Shipping Co. seeks an experienced Port Engineer to supervise all aspects of vessel operations in port and during dry-dock. You will direct shipyard personnel, manage repairs, and oversee maintenance for propulsion, powerplants, and marine systems.

Responsibilities include budgeting, drydock planning, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including inspections and surveys. A strong background in ABS systems and security credentials is essential.

Competenze

• High proficiency and accuracy with data.
• ABS NS-E Software database entry experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency working in ABS MyFreedom.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work within critical time constraints.
• Ability to work independently and under limited supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical manuals/drawings and shipboard systems.
• Must possess or be eligible for a TWIC.
• Must possess or be eligible for a DOD SECURITY clearance.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day technical operation of assigned vessels in port and dry-dock.
• Prepare operating budgets and long-term fiscal work plans.
• Prepare drydock specifications and attend vessels during drydock.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer on repairs and spare parts.
• Communicate with department managers on vessel status.
• Ensure vessels meet safety and regulatory certificates and surveys.
• Oversee ship activation, repairs, crewing, and readiness.
• Attend vessel activations onboard and prepare post-activation reports.
