Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Senior Manager, Population Health to scale and optimize driver metrics across multiple clinics. You will own metrics, build reporting, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive value, cost control, and improved outcomes for seniors in a hybrid New York-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in analytics or operations.
• Comfort working directly with data and SQL.
• Ability to own ambiguous work and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the metrics and production reporting for your driver, and partner with analytics engineering to put them into production.
• Build the reporting and observability to show performance to the function.
• Pilot, iterate, and support launch and training; ensure adoption and sponsorship of changes.
• Build documentation and tooling to keep improved processes consistent as new clinics open.
• Size opportunities and propose the near‑term roadmap with the function lead.
