You’ll diagnose and repair pool equipment, handle vinyl liner work, and mentor junior technicians while delivering high-quality results for clients across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pool repair — plumbing, vinyl liner, and equipment work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine mechanical instinct.
• Ability to work independently on complex jobs and take ownership.
• Pride in doing the job right the first time, not just fast.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment — pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines, and more
• Handle vinyl liner replacements and repairs with real craftsmanship
• Troubleshoot complex issues that routine maintenance techs pass up the chain
• Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients
• Mentor and support junior technicians when they run into something over their head
• Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job, every time
