Job summary

Puddle Pool Services is seeking a Pool Repair Technician to join our Atlanta crew. You'll diagnose and repair pool equipment, perform vinyl liner work, and upgrade systems for existing and new clients, with a focus on quality craft and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends, enjoying a supportive team culture, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement as we grow across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pool repair — plumbing, vinyl liner, and equipment work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine mechanical instinct.
• Comfort working independently on complex jobs.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pride in doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment — pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines, and more.
• Handle vinyl liner replacements and repairs with real craftsmanship.
• Troubleshoot complex issues that routine maintenance techs pass up the chain.
• Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients.
• Mentor and support junior technicians when they run into something over their head.
• Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job, every time.
