Puddle Pools - Port St Lucie, FL is seeking a Pool Repair Technician to diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, and plumbing lines. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship and independent problem-solving.

The technician will troubleshoot complex issues, perform equipment installs, and support junior technicians while representing the company’s standard of quality on every job. Mon-Fri schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven pool equipment repair experience across pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing.
• Strong diagnostics and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and minor repairs of pool equipment — pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines, and more
• Troubleshoot complex issues that routine maintenance techs pass up the chain
• Perform green to cleanups, acid washes, stain removals and more
• Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients
• Mentor and support junior technicians when they encounter challenging tasks
• Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job, every time
