About the Role

We’re looking for a Pool Service Technician who enjoys solving problems and diagnosing issues rather than simply following a checklist. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify the root cause of equipment, water quality, and system performance problems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, and plumbing components
• Inspect pool systems and identify potential failures before they become major issues
• Perform repairs and recommend corrective actions based on findings
• Document observations, diagnoses, and completed work
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers and team members
• Prioritize service calls and develop effective solutions in the field
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service
• Renovation experience – preferred, not required
