Qualifications

• Proven experience in pool repair—plumbing, vinyl liner, and equipment work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine mechanical instinct.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment—pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines.
• Handle vinyl liner replacements and repairs with craftsmanship.
• Troubleshoot complex issues that routine techs pass up.
• Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients.
• Mentor and support junior technicians when needed.
