Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; College Degree preferred
• Ten years of experience in the pool industry preferred
• Three years of experience effectively managing complex or multiple projects
• Three years direct project sales experience; pool industry experience preferred
• Five years working full time in customer service, with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees

Responsibilities

• Manage Renovation Department projects, approximately $2.5–3 million annually and provide client interface throughout project
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• Coordinate materials delivery and vendor ordering; manage invoices for timely payments
• Coordinate subcontractor work and ensure projects stay within contracted schedules
• Provide timely feedback to field managers regarding cost concerns and change orders
• Facilitate weekly updates to keep clients and team informed
• Support SOP development, trainings, and deployment of new procedures
• Assist with growth planning and business development initiatives
