Qualifications

• Ten years of pool industry experience preferred.
• Three years of project management experience required.
• Three years direct project sales experience; pool industry preferred.
• Five years in full-time customer service with client/vendor interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Aspire reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation projects with annual budgets of $2.5–3 million.
• Interface with clients and maintain timely communications.
• Ensure projects are on time and on budget.
• Coordinate materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Enter invoices and manage vendor payments.
• Promote and sell project change orders when appropriate.
• Develop SOPs and participate in staff development.
• Support business development initiatives and client growth.
