Job summary

Glengate Company is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of renovation projects with annual volumes around $2.5–3 million. This role provides the primary client interface, manages timelines and budgets, and coordinates vendor orders and subcontractors while ensuring profitability and timely updates.

You will drive project operations, revenue generation through change orders, and department development initiatives, consulting with field managers and sales on cost control

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Ten years of experience in the pool industry preferred, including technical or management.
• Three years of experience effectively managing complex or multiple projects.
• Three years direct project sales experience; pool industry experience preferred.
• Five years working full time in customer service with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful execution of all assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Ensure all materials are delivered and recorded, including material ordering through various vendors.
• Coordinate delivery timing for project needs.
• Enter invoices to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Ensure client satisfaction with timely communication and updates.
• Facilitate weekly updates to keep clients and team informed.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and ensure profitability through cost monitoring.
• Provide feedback to field managers and sales on cost and change orders.
