Job summary

Carolina Pools LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a Swimming Pool Construction Manager to oversee all phases of in-ground pool projects. You will manage layout, materials, excavation, plumbing, steel, shotcrete, liner, tiling, decks, and equipment installation while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in various pool construction areas, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to coordinate clients, subcontractors, and laborers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multiple types of in-ground swimming pool construction.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ability to lead, train and manage labor crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pool construction projects including layout, materials, excavation and installation.
• Estimate costs and keep projects within budget.
• Create schedules in project management software and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors and train labor crews.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
