Job summary

The Contractor Consultants is seeking a Pool Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial pool construction projects from contract execution through completion. You will plan, coordinate, and manage safety, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating subs, reading plans, managing permits, tracking costs, and reporting progress to customers and leadership while ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool construction, construction management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
