Job summary

Anthony & Sylvan Pools seeks a hands-on Construction Manager to lead the Division’s construction operations, delivering quality projects on schedule and within budget.

You’ll develop people, improve processes, and drive safety and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with Designers and Project Managers. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leadership in construction are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years leading and managing employees in construction; pool industry preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and development abilities; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction operations under the General Manager.
• Ensure consistent execution of construction policies, processes, and standards.
• Manage workflow, capacity, and project performance; track metrics.
• Monitor performance; drive improvements to productivity, time, and costs.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and capacity; negotiate and develop resources.
• Provide financial and cost oversight; review P&L and costs.
• Escalate issues; coach employees and maintain customer communication.
