Job summary

The Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI) in California is seeking a Senior Policy & Requirements Analyst to lead policy research and analysis for the Statewide Verification Hub (SVH). As Analyst IV, you will translate complex statutes and program policies into business and technical requirements, including verification rules and decision logic.

You will test policy logic and work with CalHHS policy leaders to keep SVH aligned with laws and program changes.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting policy research and analysis to support program initiatives.
• Ability to interpret complex state and federal statutes, regulations, and program policies.
• Skill in translating policy into clear business and technical requirements, including verification rules and decision logic.
• Proven collaboration with policy leaders and subject-matter experts to reconcile requirements.
