Qualifications

- Experience with state and federal contracting and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Drafts and reviews IT-related agreements/contracts and prepares legal opinions.
- Participates in high-profile contract negotiations and advises executives and project teams.
- Collaborates with internal/external partners to resolve complex legal issues and support policy development.
- Responds to Public Records Act requests and supports information security reviews.
