HCA Healthcare is seeking a Senior Consultant, Policy Transformation, to lead cross-functional policy and operational transformation initiatives across the organization. You will partner with clinical and corporate stakeholders to design and implement solutions that standardize processes, improve efficiency, and enable technology-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading analytical workstreams and driving transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end policy and operational transformation workstreams from problem definition to implementation.
• Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and perform analyses to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Lead assessments of policy portfolios across HCAs divisions to drive simplification and standardization.
• Develop future-state processes and operating model recommendations to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Evaluate transformation opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and risk; present trade-offs to leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder and SME sessions and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to explore automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and written analyses with clear recommendations.
