SMXTech Pty Ltd. seeks a Policy and Technical Writer, SME to produce and maintain policy and technical documentation supporting DoD and IC data, AI, cloud, application security, and zero-trust requirements. This is a 40-hour per week onsite position at Fort Belvoir, VA.

The role combines senior policy writing with technical communication, editorial quality control, and document lifecycle management to deliver clear, accurate products for Government review and approval.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Able to obtain and maintain SCI access and additional accesses as needed.
• Experience drafting enterprise policy/governance documents in a DoD/IC environment.

Responsabilités

• Draft and manage policy documents, procedures, guidelines, and supporting materials for Government review.
• Translate complex AI, data, cloud, and zero-trust concepts into clear policy docs and user guidance.
• Coordinate document reviews, maintain change history, and ensure governance compliance.
