Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, with related experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant policy or government affairs experience.
• Deep knowledge of legislative processes, housing policy, and local government.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret legislation and policy issues.
• Excellent relationship-building and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead legislative and government affairs efforts at the organization.
• Advise executive leadership on legislative, regulatory and policy issues.
• Build relationships with officials, agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to evaluate policy proposals and positions.
• Develop policy positions, testimony, and strategic recommendations.
