Job summary

National Legal Aid & Defender Association seeks a Policy Associate to advance the Initiative on Land, Housing & Property Rights. Under the Policy Director, you will conduct independent research, draft policy proposals, and help publish policy reports addressing housing and land issues affecting low-income communities.

This is a hybrid, full-time role based in the Boston area with some travel nationwide; the position emphasizes collaboration with diverse stakeholders and fundraising support.
