Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in policy analysis, research, advocacy, or affordable housing-related work.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with public and assisted housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on federal housing policy.
• Track legislative and regulatory developments affecting public housing.
• Draft advocacy materials and policy briefs.
• Prepare articles for PHADA’s biweekly newsletter and member communications.
• Analyze housing data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Prepare oral presentations and briefing materials.
