Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional administrative, research, policy analysis, or program planning experience.
• Knowledge of the legislative process, legal research, and Florida state government procedures.
• Advanced skills in reading comprehension, analysis, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to conduct policy research, manage staff, and formulate recommendations.
• Experience with program evaluation and budget assessment.

Responsibilities
