Qualifications

• Experience planning and analytical tasks, providing management with a comprehensive view of operations, conduct analytical and statistical research.
• Experienced in drafting of operational policies and procedures
• Performs data collection, research, organizational studies and statistical analysis
• Utilizes research methodologies, statistical and analytical techniques and organizational theory and planning
• Experience tracking and reporting on finance and budget activities
• Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing and in training sessions

Responsibilities

• Draft operational policies and procedures and track audit corrective actions.
• Support procurement and general services staff under the Office Director.
• Conduct studies and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Translate data into clear, actionable reports and collaborate with staff and leadership.
