Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or similar degree in Health Science, Public Policy (Healthcare), Healthcare Administration, Political Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years translating science and medical research into policy.
• Knowledge of health policy, delivery systems, and tobacco prevention/cessation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop external relationships with agencies and coalitions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines amid multiple projects.
• Ability to manage people and prioritize work streams.
• Travel up to 10%.

• Develops policy statements, regulatory comments, and model legislation.
• Guides papers from conception to publication and coordinates writing groups.
• Reviews and analyzes research to support policy positions.

• Serves as a speaker when needed and liaises with volunteers.
