The Deputy Director partners with the Director to shape evidence-based priorities and to elevate effective policy recommendations across multiple stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of policy, public affairs, or government relations experience, ideally in education/workforce development.
• Knowledge of educator effectiveness, college and career readiness, AI, postsecondary success, career pathways, and workforce development.

• Translate complex policy information into clear recommendations and communications.
• Develop and manage data-informed policy and advocacy strategies.
• Lead policy councils, coalitions, and stakeholder engagements; coordinate events and learning opportunities.
• Prepare policy briefs, testimony, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Build relationships with policymakers, agencies, practitioners, and business leaders.
