Job summary

Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive to join ART19's newly formed Advertising Sales organization. This position drives net-new business with agencies and Fortune 500 advertisers by helping them leverage Amazon Ads solutions to reach their intended audiences.

Working closely with the Head of Revenue and cross-functional teams, you'll establish Amazon's Podcast Audience Network as a preferred advertising solution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 7+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (SEM) experience.
• Experience building customer relationships.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or ad campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with podcast advertisers and agencies to drive network revenue growth.
• Owns key client and agency relationships and builds accounts by establishing trust and ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
• Develop pipeline to achieve revenue KPIs; provide regular pipeline activity/updates.
• Manage projects from start to finish with timelines and communications; keep docs updated.
• Cultivate new opportunities within current clients and agencies; prospect new clients.
• Generate net-new ad revenue through strategic selling to agencies and clients.
• Be a hunter, connect opportunities with value-added solutions.
• Develop joint business plans; respond to RFPs with tailored recommendations.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Leverage industry relationships to identify new business and revenue opportunities.
• Anticipate needs; align with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Provide superior customer service while complying with policies.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure campaign setup, optimization, reporting and execution.
