Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive for ART19 to drive net-new podcast advertising revenue. You will build and manage relationships with agencies and advertisers, leveraging Amazon Ads solutions to reach targeted audiences.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Revenue, establish ART19’s podcast audience network, and use data to scale campaigns while delivering measurable outcomes. This role focuses on strategic partnerships and growth in a fast-evolving space.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 7+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing).
• Experience building customer relationships.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with podcast advertisers and agencies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage key client and agency relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline and regular pipeline updates.
• Lead projects with internal teams on timelines and communications.
• Prospect new clients and create tailored pitches to win net-new business.
• Generate advertising revenue through strategic selling to agencies and clients.
• Develop joint business plans and respond to RFPs with tailored solutions.
• Maintain a strong, measurable pipeline and drive account expansion.
• Leverage industry relationships to identify new opportunities for Amazon Ads.
• Anticipate client needs and align with stakeholders to deliver superior solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
