Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an experienced engineer to drive Pneumatic Control Valve projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and reliable performance. You will lead design and development efforts, coordinate with customers and management, and oversee technical and cost objectives.

The role requires strong project management, clear communication, and deep knowledge of valve engineering, with opportunities to mentor others and develop leadership skills within Parker Aerospace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; MS or MBA preferred.
• 7–9 years of related experience in pneumatic control valve engineering or similar.
• Deep knowledge of Pneumatic Control Valve principles, standards and practices.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage scope, cost and schedule on complex projects with customers.

Responsibilities

• Leads technical projects or phases, ensuring on-time delivery and cost objectives.
• Plans, schedules and coordinates assigned project staff and resources.
• Maintains customer interface to present status and negotiate changes.
• Applies EVMS to manage scope, schedule and cost variances.
• Ensures engineering standards and documentation are consistently applied.
