Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; MS or MBA preferred.
• 7–9 years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Pneumatic Control Valve principles, standards, and practices.
• Ability to apply broad engineering knowledge to the area of expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or sales teams.
• Effective project management and organizational skills with team leadership.
• Proficiency with standard project management tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pneumatic Control Valve projects or project phases, managing scope, cost and schedule.
• Develop project plans and milestones, assign staffing and resources.
• Maintain customer interfaces and present project status; negotiate changes as needed.
• Control costs and oversee quotes, expenditures, and any outsourced work.
• Prepare and review technical project work and related test plans.
• Maintain engineering standards and archival project files.
• Continually develop technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Mentor other employees and act as a subject matter expert.
