Job summary

Peraton seeks a driven Senior System Integrator to join our team supporting a classified customer in Virginia. The role emphasizes program and project management across lifecycle from concept through installation and O&M, including milestone tracking, financial oversight, and system engineering activities.

You will maintain project plans, coordinate PMRs, support technical forums, prepare SOWs and SRS, and participate in reviews.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• BA/BS plus 12+ years of experience; Master’s plus 10+ years; four years experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with complex, multi-segmented system development, integration, and test.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project; solid briefing skills.
• Experience in writing, developing briefings, and strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to one or more customers with project management.
• Work with customers and projects across the organization.
• Provide support to programmatic and technical forums.
• Maintain project plans for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate PMRs, track financials, schedules, risks, and actions.
• Support oversight of inspections to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain an action-tracking system for project actions and reviews.
• Assist with technical exchanges between contractors and customer experts.
• Prepare, maintain, and assist with SOWs, SRS, ICDs, CONOPs, RFCs, Test Plans, and other project documents.
• Review milestone documentation for consistency with requirements.
• Attend CIR, PDR, CDR, and other reviews; document results and integrate comments.
