Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, PMO, to lead high-visibility initiatives within the Moss Energy Division. You will work with executive leadership, divisional staff, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical projects from Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The role requires a PMP and 7+ years in project management within a large IT environment, with experience in Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
7+ years of project management and process improvement experience in a large/complex IT environment.
Experience with Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile methodologies.
Active PMP certification is required.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge or experience implementing Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, Procore, ERP systems, or Clarity PPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains project plans (schedule, resources, RAID log, budget) using the SPMO framework.
Utilize Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile methodologies to balance structure and flexibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and align with goals.
Provide regular project updates to Senior/Executive Leadership and manage expectations.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and change requests.
Conduct project evaluations and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Lead projects through effective communication and facilitation.
