Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably within a PMO.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
Background applying process improvement methodologies and governance/reporting.
Experience using project management methodologies and MS Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and daily execution to ensure milestones are met.
Drive cross-functional coordination by running project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and keeping teams aligned.
Own RAID management—identifying risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and leading mitigation and resolution.
Enforce change control processes, assess scope impacts, secure approvals, and maintain change documentation.
Apply PM methodologies, maintain high-quality documentation and KPI reporting, and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
