Job summary

Forvis Mazars LLP in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Associate, Consulting PMO to support and manage defined consulting operations projects and PMO workstreams, driving structure, visibility, accountability, and timely execution across prioritized initiatives.

You will define scope with senior leadership, lead teams from initiation to completion, manage timelines, communicate updates, and implement process improvements to enhance PMO effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of project management related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply PMO concepts including scope, schedule, quality and stakeholder management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Communicate project expectations and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
• Establish and manage timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned for improvement.
• Collaborate with the PMO Director to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams from initiation through completion while controlling scope, schedule, and budget.
