BTS is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to join our North American Enablement team. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and rolling out customized learning programs for clients, partnering with account managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

The position offers a flexible mix of remote and in-office work, with offices in Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL. Candidates should have 3+ years in program coordination and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and own timelines and schedules for client programs with proactive risk flagging.
• Set program tone and provide a clear vision of objectives for the team.
• Own deliverables and advise on priorities, trade-offs, and next steps.
• Monitor progress and update clients; handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery and process improvements.
• Create documentation and client-ready reports; analyze data for insights.
