Job summary

Successful candidates will have director-level or higher experience in operations/PMO, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with planning tools like MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in an operations/PMO function.
• Strong planning, governance, and portfolio management skills.
• Experience with planning or PPM tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions with expert perspective on governance and planning.
• Review PMO scenarios including capacity and budgeting workflows.
• Participate in surveys and interviews to inform research.
• Provide feedback on tools and processes for planning platforms.
• Contribute to framework input for research on operations and PMO.
