Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk is seeking an Analyst, Performance Analytics to collect, interpret and manage data across platforms to support quality improvement and KPI development. The role maintains databases and generates reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include dashboard support, data extraction, statistical analysis, and coordinating surveys, with emphasis on LEAN processes and collaboration across the Quality Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare analytics, Public Health or related field.
• 1-2 years Healthcare Analytics experience.
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, customer service, organization, multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Support dashboards in Tableau and run reports from Vizient CDBRM and other databases.
• Refresh information monthly or weekly.
• Prepare meeting materials for quality improvement committees and leadership.
• Write Epic reports using Epic reporting workbench and Clarity.
• Provide statistical and analytical support to Quality and Process Improvement teams.
• Coordinate external surveys (US News, AHA, Leapfrog) and report outcomes to leadership.
• Assist with daily operations and provide technical support as needed.
