Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare analytics, Public Health or related field.
• 1–2 years Healthcare Analytics experience.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, customer service, organization and multitasking skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data/database familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support performance/operational dashboards in Tableau and run related reports.
• Execute queries from Vizient CDBRM, CDB/RM, ODB and other databases.
• Refresh monthly or weekly information and prepare meeting materials.
• Provide data analysis and interpretation assistance to end users.
• Write Epic reports and leverage Epic Clarity for user needs.
• Support Quality and Process Improvement groups with analytics and LEAN methods.
• Coordinate external surveys and provide feedback to improve standings.
• Assist daily systems operations and provide technical support as needed.
