Argano seeks a Sr Manager to lead and grow its Microsoft Project Coordination Team within the PMO, accountable for team performance, talent development, and capacity planning. The role partners with PMO leadership to advance strategic initiatives, governance, and project delivery while providing leadership and escalation support across the team.

With reduced utilization, you balance leadership with hands-on delivery as a Senior Project Coordinator or Project Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Lead project coordination across the full lifecycle in PMO standards.
• Drive governance, standards, and delivery process improvements.
• Balance leadership with hands-on delivery when capacity requires.
• Provide mentoring and development for the Project Coordination team.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination across the full lifecycle, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring, transition, and closeout.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, resources, and dependencies with governance adherence.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among teams, PMO leadership, and stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, issues, and capacity constraints.
• Drive adoption of PMO methodologies and process improvements.
• Support adoption of AI within PMO and provide SME input for future initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Coordination team with regular feedback.
• Plan staffing, capacity, workload balancing, and resource readiness.
• Manage performance processes for direct reports and career development.
