Job summary

Argano is seeking a Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects in the United States. You will steer initiatives from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while collaborating with diverse stakeholders and senior management.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and expertise in PM methodologies, with experience across Oracle Cloud EPM and related technologies. A MBA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, CS, IS or related field.
• MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years managing Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud EPM implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and execute project plans, staffing, and lifecycle adjustments.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions to drive project completion.
