Job summary

Argano is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Metrics Lead to oversee program and project metrics across capital construction initiatives. You will review data on cost, schedule, and earned value, drive variance narratives, and ensure consistent reporting for executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in project controls or PMO support within construction or industrial environments, with strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration, project controls, contract management, or related support functions.
• 3–7+ years in project controls, reporting, PMO support, or construction/industrial environments.
• Experience supporting capital, industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Review project data and trends for cost, schedule, and earned value management.
• Interface with project teams to analyze trends and ensure accurate reporting.
• Drive variance narratives and ensure data consistency between metrics.
