Job summary

Argano seeks a Sr Manager to lead and develop the Microsoft Project Coordination Team within the PMO. You will partner with PMO leadership to advance strategic initiatives, governance, and project delivery while balancing hands-on delivery when capacity requires. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

You will oversee staffing, capacity planning, and performance, reporting on KPIs, and help grow the team’s capabilities and delivery health.

Qualifications

5+ years PMO leadership or equivalent
Strong governance, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with staffing, capacity planning, and talent development
Ability to lead and coach a project coordination team
Experience with AI adoption in PMO initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead project coordination across full lifecycle and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
Oversee plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and dependencies; drive corrective actions.
Coordinate stakeholders and maintain alignment on priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Identify, track, escalate risks and issues; mitigate and resolve high-risk engagements.
Promote PMO governance, methodologies, and delivery processes for efficiency.
Provide hands-on leadership as needed for Project Coordinators/Project Managers.
Manage staffing, capacity planning, workload balancing, and readiness.
Coordinate team hiring, onboarding, training and development processes.
