Job summary

CTS, headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Senior PMO Manager to drive operational execution and analytics for the Professional Services organization. You will lead a small team, coach PMs/PCs, and manage client engagements across school buildouts, MSP onboardings, and cloud services.

This role blends hands‑on delivery with strategic governance in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM/PMO, experience with ConnectWise, TopLeft, and BrightGauge, and a Bachelor’s degree;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience with 3+ years in PMO or team lead role.
• Experience overseeing physical IT infrastructure deployments.
• Ability to manage active, billable client projects and lead a team.
• Proficient with PSA/kanban/dashboarding tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution and data governance across projects.
• Track metrics on project health, margins, and utilization.
• Drive process implementation and cross‑functional alignment.
• Manage 3P vendors and ensure timely invoicing and cost tracking.
• Coach PMs and Coordinators to meet aggressive timelines.
• Direct project delivery from kickoff to sign‑off with ~30–40% billable utilization.
• Escalate and mitigate blockers to protect client timelines.
