Job summary

Freddie Mac’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization seeks a Project Management Lead for Non-Financial Risk Reporting to drive governance, planning, and execution across business, risk, data, and technology.

You will establish PMO artifacts, prepare executive materials, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure timely, accurate risk reporting in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, governance, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, information systems, or related field.
• Experience leading governance routines and executive materials.
• Familiarity with non-financial risk concepts and enterprise risk reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with data, reporting, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise requirements and templates for non-financial risk reporting.
• Serve as central PMO lead for non-financial risk reporting governance and cross-enterprise coordination.
• Prepare executive materials and status reports for governance forums.
• Manage end-to-end program for non-financial risk reporting, including intake and prioritization.
• Facilitate governance discussions with impact analysis and decision support.
• Maintain PMO artifacts like issues, risks, and decision records for auditability.
• Coordinate with business, risk, data, and technology teams to improve reporting quality.
