Job summary

BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) seeks a Senior Manager for the PMO to design and run standardized IT governance and delivery across Global Business Systems. This leader will implement the standards, methodologies, and tooling to replace ad hoc practices with a scalable, portfolio-managed IT function.

You will stand up the PMO with people, process, and tools, partnering with the Global GBS IT leadership to drive predictable, transparent delivery, capex vs opex governance, and executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project/program management.
• Experience standing up or rebuilding a PMO.
• Experience managing large ERP programs (SAP preferred).
• Fluency in waterfall and agile/hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out a common project/program methodology across GBS (IT).
• Own intake and prioritization for IT work; maintain portfolio view.
• Forecast IT resources and capacity; flag capacity risk.
• Own project budgeting, forecasting, and variances; report CAPEX vs OPEX.
• Run governance cadence and executive reporting; highlight risks.
• Establish a consistent risk management approach across the portfolio.
• Provide program management rigor to high-stakes initiatives including SAP program.
• Oversee vendor and SI delivery to contracted outcomes.
• Ensure change management plans with communications and training.
• Maintain portfolio tooling to track projects, resources, budgets, timelines, and risk.
• Hire, coach, and grow a team of project managers.
