Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level education or equivalent work experience.
• Seasoned experience leading complex projects or programs, ideally in home lending, mortgage servicing, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and a structured framework.
• Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a disciplined approach to planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex regulatory and investor-driven projects in Home Lending.
• Develop project roadmaps and detailed task plans to ensure timely delivery with compliance deadlines.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to review new regulations, identify impacts, and define business requirements.
• Assign and track project tasks, drive accountability, and elevate risks or issues as needed.
• Prepare and present updates for executive audiences and governance meetings.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and adherence to the PMO framework.
• Thrive in a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
• Delegate tasks, clarify roles, and escalate when needed to meet goals.
• Represent the PMO’s brand through professional communication.
