Framatome is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Lynchburg, VA to lead moderately complex product-line projects from planning to completion. You will drive schedules, resources, risk management, and client communication to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience, including 4+ years in project management, with strong understanding of nuclear safety and project processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years related experience, including at least 4 years in project-related work.
• Strong knowledge of major project-related processes and nuclear safety considerations.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills with root-cause analysis emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for moderately complex single product line projects.
• Develop plans, schedules, and materials to meet quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives.
• Interface between project team, management, and client.
• Coordinate activities, organize resources, and forecast needed skills.
• Manage cash flow and target expected cash position.
