Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned PMO leader to govern and execute IT/OT programs, aligning scope, schedule, budget, and quality with business objectives. You will drive planning, milestones, risk management, and executive reporting while coordinating across business, technology, and vendor teams.

Travel up to 50% is required; onsite work at Guidehouse or client locations is expected. A PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP certification and substantial enterprise delivery experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and seven (7+) years of work experience.
• Significant experience leading PMO functions, program management, or large-scale delivery in an enterprise environment.
• PMO governance, risk management, and portfolio reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT programs, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive status reporting.
