Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior PMO leader to drive governance and execution of IT/OT programs across enterprise environments. You will manage planning, milestones, risks, and reporting while coordinating diverse teams to deliver complex transformations.

The role requires a strong PMO background, stakeholder engagement, and certification, with travel up to 50%. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or US Permanent Resident required.
• 7+ years post-graduation work experience in PMO or large-scale delivery.
• Experience leading PMO functions, program management, or large-scale delivery in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting IT and/or OT implementations, integrations, or transformation programs.
• Experience in regulated, industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or IT/OT convergence environments.
• Project Management Certification such as PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution for IT/OT programs, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk/issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain PMO processes, standards, templates, and reporting practices.
• Facilitate governance forums; prepare updates, decision materials, and action tracking.
• Monitor program financials, resource allocations, and delivery performance; escalate and action as needed.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and adoption across teams.
