Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science, biomedical engineering, business or related field.
• Foundation in project management essentials: risk tracking, budget governance, timelines, and PM software.
• End-to-end ownership across complex initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Experience building internal/external partnerships and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior PMO leadership to deliver complex Product Development Programs.
• Create project plans, run cross-functional meetings, report outputs to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with the right people and documenting decisions and risks.
• Manage multiple medium-to-large projects with budgets, timelines, reporting, and documentation.
• Recommend new ways of working to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Facilitate team meetings and communicate concise status to stakeholders.
